Hello everyone. I am new gere just trying things out. I have severe depression and anxiety. Whenever i wasnt in a good headspace i used to watch all my favorite creators on YouTube and i would always smile and laugh. But lately that hasn't been the case. Does anyone have anything they usually do that i could potentially try?

Ive actually been drawing for a few years now. It used to help like YouTube did. Dont get me wrong i still love doing it, it just doesn't help me get my mind of stuff like it used to you know? And i actually watch a couple smaller channels. SoundsLikePizza and The Lonely Viper. And yeah Pizza may have a million subs but he is smaller than a lot of others i watch
I like finding new music I can listen too or trying out obscure YouTubers who I end up liking by pure chance, like DougDoug, and drawing is a nice way to help sometimes too, it's not really for me but some people really like it, and if not that reading can be fun if it's something you enjoy, I've recently tried finding a ton of horror books and it's kept me occupied for a while
