This sounds kinda dumb but I think for me it’s mostly been a mental shift. Like j accepting that this is a part of who you are and how it makes you such a bad b😂but also not letting it define you and realizing you’re not alone. It’s a lot of other peoples realities too

I change my hair! Every Friday after I take Humira and feel a bit alone I go upstairs and dye or cut my hair. It’s an activity that is always there for me
