Coping with Chronic Pain: My Experience with HEDS

My partner has been on this app a lot so I decided to give it a try! Currently the best guess to my physical disability is HEDS, but alas no diagnosis for that yet. I think I'm mostly looking for ways to cope with the joint pain and tiredness

Ruled out HEDS here (hypermobility is in the wrong joints for Breighton 🙃) but plenty of joint pain—I keep a mixture of icy hot, magnesium spray, tiger balm, absorbine jr, and various OTC pain relief at hand. It’s sort of like throwing different things at a flare until something sticks!

my favorite thing for joint pain is icy hot and cbd lotion. if you have a bit of money to spend, investing in some good knee braces also helps. and a folding stool. i’m not diagnosed either, so all i can offer comes from amazon
