Being in the pool with the water the warmer the better helps me be active without increasing my pain too much and helps relieve stiffness. Epsom salt baths help with my pain. I use bath salts meant for chronic pain and fatigue. I love my oska pulse. The device is expensive but worth every penny. Just be careful to drink extra water when you use it. It helps so much with my pain. I also find chiropractic and acupuncture to be very helpful. Turmeric can help as a natural anti inflammatory. Self care is all about setting boundaries for me. Getting enough sleep and sticking to a sleep schedule. Eating food that makes my body feel it’s best. Meditating. Getting outside even if I just sit on my front patio.
