I love reading philosophy or self help books! Keeps me positive and I feel like I’m doing something productive while I am resting ❤️

I use a stress journal or watch one of my favorite movies! It helps take my mind off of things in a positive way

I like to put up a bunch of inspiration quotes all around my house. It sounds really kitschy, but sometimes I just need a reminder to remember I’m strong and brave and can get through this! You can too 💗

ive never heard that before & it actually is really helpful. thank you so much. im gonna do that. im sorry to hear about your ocd related to drawing. i always have loved wetting a paint brush with water & using it to "draw" on myself. its really therapeutic & because you cant see what designs you're making, it's easier to control impulses. not sure if that would help u but wanted to throw it out there!!!

I usually try something new. Maybe a new meal, maybe try and draw something! Doing something like that helps me, personally. But my ocd hates my when I draw-. Anyways, hope you feel better!
