Compression socks will be the death of me. I've tried socks and sleeves. They are not my friend. The machine is amazing. I use it at night when I get home. Elevate and move. When I used to teach in the classroom the more I walked / moved the better. Now that I teach online I have to make it a point to get up and move. I went through a period when I would cramp like crazy, but I believe moving and better sleep (oh -- and vinegar) has helped that.

I try to elevate my legs whenever I sit and when I'm in bed. Compression socks are my jam, I have about 70 pairs in different colors. If you have an FSA/HSA card, you could even get a compression machine for free!
