I wish I could help.. my psychiatrist refuses to give me ADHD meds and I don’t have a diagnosis for autism even though both me and my mom are 95% sure I’m autistic. Honestly… if I’m overstimulated or something I put headphones on and try to tune out. Other than that… for focusing on schoolwork or something… I haven’t really figured out what works best for me. I mainly procrastinate until it’s next to impossible to get it done on time and just hyper fixate on it until it’s done.. I don’t know that I really recommend that.. but that’s what I do.. this was not helpful in the slightest. I’m sorry.

Medication and my esa helps me. I also always have some kind of background noise going. When its completely quiet I get stuck in my head.
