Hi, i don't know anyone who has spd or Asd(qspergers/Asd)and other issues i have. I just turned twenty and I was wondering how others cope with life and adulthood? Especially with things like getting a job, social anxiety, going places alone, getting overwhelmed, and especially "Avoiding" things. You see, I want to overcome this so I can be more myself, happier, more indipendent, and actually start living especially being 20 i really want to make changes and not repeat the same thing this year as previous. And continue missing out on what life has offer. I just don't know anyone who understands the pain and struggle that I go through I was hoping to connect with anyone that does or who has already been through similar things.
