@Jules78 school can help sometimes but it gives me a lot of anxiety
@Bre19 sometimes it does me too. However, I think of it like a seed I've planted. Online everyday I go indeed but every paper, assignment post etc I'm closer to graduating. Soon I'll be able to do so.

Have you tried yoga class . That helps me. You may want to talk to a licensed therapist or psychiatrist. There are medications.

I try to focus on one thing when I have episodes or anxiety attacks. I like to snap my fingers sometimes and focus on that and my breathing and it works for now
