How do you cope on days where your anxiety is so bad you can't leave the house? I don't get anything done and it feels like the day is a waste. I end up feeling super lazy but I also feel frozen in one spot.

      I just count the days like this as my self care days and try to do nice things for myself. Take a bath. Drink tea. Order fast food. Meditate. And don't blame myself that I'm not getting anything accomplished because hey, i am.
