I spend a lot of time at home decompressing.

Music, headphones and turning up the volume and closing my eyes so I get lost in my favorite music and not lost in anxiety or panic

I shut myself off and play on my ps5 I don't know if it's the healthier way of doing things but it's help me so much.

I use breathing exercises to help talk myself down. The “square breathing” method, breathe in for a count of 4, hold for four, breathe out for a count of four, then hold for another four. This can really distract me and help calm me down.

"Coping with anxiety can involve various strategies such as reminding yourself that you are safe and loved, leaving ample time for self-care, talking to someone in a judgement-free zone, creating a routine of caring for your body and mind in a safe space, setting up a support system, making a plan on what you want to accomplish each day, reflecting on what makes you anxious and why, practicing deep resting exercises like 4-5-8 breaths, identifying the source of your anxiety and counteracting it with more likely scenarios, focusing your hands on something around you that has texture during panic attacks, using the breathing box technique, removing yourself from the area of stress, taking medication if necessary, and keeping your mind occupied on something else or concentrating on breathing."
