Hi. My name is Erica. I struggle a lot with anxiety and panic attacks. I sometimes feel like I'm leaving my body when I get into these states and I tend to black out with the attacks. Honestly those are some of mine as well. Also it kind of makes your mind go like a thousand miles a minute it's ridiculous

I struggle with anxiety not severe but some of my triggers are when someone says my name sternly, says that we need to talk, or the need to tell me something. This sends me into a spiral of paranoia that most don't even realize is happening
