I also have been taking TruNiagen daily. It's a formulation of vitamin b that is touted as being a precursor to NAD(I've taken NAD+ IVs to help try kick me out of a depressive episode and it worked. Unfortunately, they are pricey so when I discovered TruNiagen I was naturally interested.) It also claims to reverse effects of aging. I'm not sure how it effects anxiety, but I haven't had any negative effects ๐Ÿ‘

Try magnesium too. I read that a lot of people are deficient. It helps with overall brain health and I usually take it if I'm feeling anxious. Plus, it absolutely helps before bed to relax you so that you sleep better. It's been a huge help. Omegas are great for brain health overall. And I'm a huge fan of Ashwaganda lately for my anxiety as well.

art therapy is awesome. I'm constantly doodling or drawing on my iPad. I also use talking to friends and watching shows i like. getting sunlight and taking supplements helps, or using a light box. my cat monkey also gives me snuggles and someone to pay attention to ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’ž

Anxiety I use a breathing app , it has 2 different ones one that calms down and slows your heart rate or one that says panic button for those really bad days there only 3 mins long and they help me. Depression haven't solved really but I have sticky notes in places positive saying ones or sayings from books or riddles ,or I do self skin treatment to keep me from having a manic panic and do something stupid (like I do 3 days ago) But it keeps me from going any wear and calm down giving me time to adjust my thinking and gives me a ego boost when I'm done

I agree with the other comment here. I got my dog at the lowest point of my entire life and even though it doesnโ€™t sound like it makes sense, he encouraged me to lose a lot of weight and become healthier. I feel like at low points in your life you need to understand what good there is in the world and an animal is truly the best way to do that.

if you can, get a pet! i have a cat and heโ€™s been my blessing from the day i got him. iโ€™m not 100% happy all the time, but he helps me get through the day. animals help a lot with depression so i would recommend getting one if you could
