I have anemia and acid reflux and the iron pills make my nausea and Vomiting so much worse. My doctor suggested iron supplement shots i think, it goes straight to the bloodstream bypassing my digestive system which sounds perfect but I have yet to try it.

If they have you iron pills please take them! After you eat or it will not end well I had to go back to the ER because I didn’t take them after eating. I like to take mine with orange juice, you can do that! And please find some iron gummies and take them they have helped me. I wish you the best<3

Take iron gummies, they helped me tremendously. I was diagnosed with severe anemia about 8 years ago and those iron gummies helped me gain energy and be able to stand without passing out and actually do every day activities. Hope this helps 💕

If you were prescribed iron, please either take it with food or before bed. Also, cherish yourself and body. Just taking care of yourself and eating the right foods will help your anemia so much. Having someone to stick your cold feet on is a plus too 💕
