Coping with a Manic Episode: How to Stay Strong

I can feel myself coming down from being manic. I suddenly feel anxious and tired. I feel so weak like I cannot handle the day. What something you tell yourself to stay strong?

i go through similar things when im coming down from a manic episode. i try to be kind to myself and just listen to what my brain and body need, even if that means laying in bed for a while. mostly i look back at when it's happened before and remind myself that i got through it so many times, and i will get through it this time
