When I was in highschool most of the teachers were super chill with me going to the nurses to do my blood sugar stuff, but if a teacher ever doesn’t let you go, let them know that they are in violation of Title Two of the ADA (American Disability Act) which states “Title Two of the ADA prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities in all programs, activities, and services of public entities. They must provide reasonable accommodation for your disability” that means if they don’t let you go they are breaking the law and could be fired. Hope this helps! If you have any questions feel free to message me :)

If ur in highschool or middle school, you could talk with ur teachers about maybe having a signal that tells them you need to go to the office
