Honestly? Watch family fued or some other stupid game show/tv show that makes you laugh. I can’t watch Steve Harvey and not laugh so family fued is my go-too when I need something to make me laugh

Anything that makes u smile. Music, lighting candles, reading a fav book, fav pj's, watching reruns, I also try to do a meditation but that's what works for me.

Well, I don’t think I have very good coping skills, but I usually do a lot of praying and reading the Bible and listening to Christian music. I also do a lot of singing and I’m looking into getting a service dog.

Stuffed animals, a familiar show, comfort snacks (unless that will trigger you) comfy clothes, a familiar hobby. Or if it’s the fidgety anxiety, work out like lots. It clears your mind and distracts you, especially if you have pent up anger or anxiety.

Find what brings you peace. For me it's painting or drawing, playing computer games or watching true crime documentaries

If I’m hyperactive anxious, I exercise in some way and try to be productive either in schoolwork or housework and when I’m burnt out anxious, I take a nice long shower, play video games with my family, and generally cuddle up for the day (I have a blanket hoodie I love and use for these days)

If it's anxiety, studies recommend exercising. Work through your fight or flight response by running. Swimming is also good, you have to be aware of your breath while swimming, and that can reduce hyperventilating in the future because you can train yourself to get ahold of your breathing tempo during stress.

Id honestly recommend having stuffed animals around you. They are very soothing and pull me out of panic attacks

I would personally recommend a spa day 🧖‍♀️💅🏻🥒🛁🫖 ~ give yourself a mani/pedi , make yourself a cup of tea , place some cucumbers on your eyes , use a face mask , maybe a bubble bath? You do you! ☺️
