I am with CrazyCatLady. No lights and no noise. Exercise is not an option for me. I used to love walking, especially power walking, and i miss it terribly. My first day here and it is so good to talk with real pain sufferers. I get so tired of friends telling me to “muscle thru the pain.” Getting 2 molars pulled was less painful than the storm front that went thru last weekend

I learned you have to exercise fibromyalgia. It's difficult but it does pay off physically. Treadmills and bicycles are good to use they also have over the counter medicine like nerve 4 that cope with fibromyalgia. You must rest abs drink plenty if water. I have been dealing with this illness for 14 years. Research and research. Weather change flare up. Tire flare up. To much sodium flare up. Stress flare up. It's a battle.

Sensory deprivation. I lay in bed, lights out and cover ny eyes w a pillow case and put a pillow over my ears. I lay like that for 24 hours and I'm usually better the next day.

Breathe, remind yourself it’s okay to take a break and rest, drink plenty of water, remind yourself it won’t always feel this painful or foggy or exhausting, take time to be mindful of how you feel. Just take care of yourself, and put urself first that day or week.
