In 1978 I started doctoring for bowel issues. Eventually sent to gastroenterologists for D and digestive issues, having many colonoscopies/endoscopes over the years. Diagnosed in 1990 with celiac disease and a parasite infection treated with antibiotics. The celiac diet failed . Also put on Imodium or a generic form for years(was not a drug tested for long term use!!!). The drug was helpful for awhile but eventually had to take so many to get some benefit and after some years another doc insisted I get off it as it was never meant for long term use. As celiac diet failed, was diagnosed with IBS…with chronic D. Tried various drugs and different gastro’s that did not find answers or find a drug to control or end the D. Last gastro O tried was a celiac specialist, ran every test under the sun, to feel I never had celiac disease but had no answers for my D and only to offer antidepressants! Tried that in past too to have zero affect on the D! Left conv to try alternatives like FODMAPS, SCD diet, removing nightshades and then developing more and more food intolerances along with embarrassing D to then having bowel leakage. Tried a few alternative tests to show parasites again and tried some parasite treatments but, back in the day, were of alcohol that aggravated my D. Many supplements, too, were of ingredients I was intolerant to or considered not clean. I found Dr. Mercolas probiotic helpful and ProActiv digestive enzymes with HCL to help digest proteins. I also took an ALCAT test to determine what foods to avoid(beef, chicken and more but felt as grains were problematic, all animals fed grains, would be why meats caused D eventually finding grass fed bison to be best protein for me along with wild caught fish). I had to retire early as my bowel leakage/D was not manageable/miserable! I joined a leaky gut program in 2015 to learn I had histamine issues with the fermented foods highly recommended and learned fluoride in city water caused the bowel leakage after needing filtered water for bone broths…bought RO water and decided to drink/cook with this water and in two weeks bowel leakage cleared as drs prescriptions/tests were useless..I contacted the gastro’s to explain my neg. experience with fluoride to get no response! Medical and dental association still approves and push fluoride…SHAMEFUL! Fluoride is a toxin..bad for thyroid/calcifies the pineal gland, causes gastro’s issues and more! I worked with a gal from out East and she worked with many with fluoride poisoning, especially children! I also volunteered for a gut program through UBiome for the gut micro biome! I was missing lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains blaming all the colonoscopies (sometimes 2 a year) that stripped good strains! Then I looked into the lectin diet, but would have really nothing left to eat! I read kinesiology would be good to rid a parasite infection and felt were caused by parasite infection. Found a kinesiologist and after a year decided to try him as he guaranteed me he could rid parasites. He was also a chiro and did tapping adjustments. His tests also found poor adrenal function and insisted that corrected before parasites. Six months into treatments he tapped on tailbone and here is where another issue developed, which ended up with nightly itching (started same day of treatment on tailbone) and popping/snapping of tailbone and over time…pain. He did nothing to correct it, reimbursed some money and I left him. The leaky gut program has a lifetime Facebook group that members recommended to research the Medical Medium. I researched this to think a possible scam… but after reading his books finding the answers to chronic illness and the whys to my childhood ills, following others who struggled for years with unresolved health issues that are on his protocols to be improving/healing… I decided to try it in 1-2019. One year on the protocols healed reflux/indigestion, eczema, balanced low blood pressure, healed dry eye.

The MM protocols are hard work and I am still working on D. But food intolerances mostly gone and able to leave my home to eat out more. Need a mindset change about foods as the American diet does not promote health..totally misled. Those behind medicine/science have not supported holistic healing as there is very little profit to be made on anything non-patentable. Studies for holistic treatments/healing have not been concentrated on as only symptom relief with drugs is promoted. Drugs have their place…not one and only. More common sense to holistic and our God given body benefits with natural over synthetic drugs (causes side effects and does not promote health/healing. I’m sold on holistic but takes time to reverse damage. For my tailbone pain I joined a wellness center that coincidentally promotes MM protocols along with others. I took their testing as I am still working on chronic to find I have EBV
