I use Atkins candy. But showed down on those. I've made fatbombs that mimic fudge. I've also tried the atkins peanut butter cookie, not bad, and the double chocolate and found if microwave it for 30 seconds improved the taste and made it fudgy. They're pricy though at ove r$6.00 for a bag of 4. There's also Frank's ice cream. At nearly $10 a pint, way too pricy. But we stocked up when the local market had them at $1.99 each! I've made diet rootbeer floaters using whipped cream instead of ice cream. It's probably best not to do too many things because you'll never lose your craving for sugar. Let's see what else? I make parfaits with Greek yogurt, blueberries, whipped cream for lunch sometimes.

I eat ketofat bombs or other protein bars with 3g sugar. I love Russell Stover sugar-free candy, except the M&Ms are kinda nasty. Also love sugar-free York peppermint patties. Eat no sugar pie & cookies from Walmart bakery. Also no sugar added blueberry muffins which have been difficult to get lately. But still have watch carb intake with these things.

Dark chocolate for my chocolate cravings because it overwhelms my pallate. Fruit or diet soda for a sweet treat. It also helps that the drink from plexus has curbed my sweet tooth.
