Continuous headache for weeks, need relief!

is this pots related? how do I get rid of it I have had a continuous headache that starts in the base of my head and moves up to my scalp to behind my eyes. at the base of my head it feels like my spine is grinding against itself but when it moves its like a pressure that gets me VERY disoriented I found I can temporarily alleviate it by pressing on the bridge of my nose and the part of my ear right before the canal I'm not sure how to function because this has been happening for weeks now and gets worse when I get sick (all started with a uti and never went away after I finished my antibiotics) I have an appointment with my doctor about it but it's not for three weeks.

Sounds like the migraines I get. I have yet to find anything to fully get rid of them. I am working with PT to try and help and have a follow up with my neurologist to see about trying the next type of rescue meds since the lower level ones don’t help.
