Constant Upper Abdominal Pain - Need Advice

Lately I have been having this constant pain in my upper abdomen that is only relieved when I lean forward. Has anyone else dealt with this and have any tips on how to manage it? It's making eating an excruciatingly painful experience.

That’s exactly where my GP pain is. I take a lot of meds to help it and a GI cocktail when necessary

It has to be a specific artery CT where they inject you with dye to see the blood flow

I've had both an abdominal CT scan and an abdominal MRI that were normal aside from mild inflammation in my colon. Would MALS show up on either of those?

Have you ever had a CT scan on your celiac artery or ever been diagnosed with MALS? I usually got pains and going into the fecal position was the only way to help it.
