Does anyone have pain in neck and chest all the time my heart is fine I had test done and doctors said my heart is healthy

      Have had a similar thing happen. Went to the ER and everything was fine. Sometimes the muscle between the ribs can get tense. I’ve found a warm pack on the chest can help.

      How does FM impact the heart? I've also had some chest pains and the cardiologist said everything is normal, but we can't figure out what is causing it.

      I have constant neck pain, my dr calls it occipital neuralgia. I had some chest pain here and there but I don’t have it all the time. I really hope you get answers and good help. :) Let me know if you have questions about my occipital neuralgia and I can share a lil more.

          @Castro that's not outside the realm of possibility. if the pain isn't getting any better or worse, muscle tension is most likely. fibromyalgia can absolutely cause that kind of pain. where's your chest pain? what part of your chest?
