Constant Nasal Congestion: What's Going On?

i’ve had POTS since before covid, and i get this too but it’s when i brush my teeth or look down for too long. i completely thought i was the only one that has it randomly, so it’s def interesting to hear it from others

I got POTS before COVID even started and have never dealt with this. It might be a COVID POTS thing.

Omg I have this same issue it is always after I eat doesn’t matter the food!! I have yet to figure out what is causing it but my doctor did say I have some form of long Covid or POTS

I feel like I’ve had constant sinus drainage for like two years now!! Since I started developing more severe pots symptoms it’s been like that!
