I made a post yesterday about pulling muscles and I’d like to say a little more. I have pulled several muscles every day for the past 3 months and am generally sore everyday. It didn’t use to be like this so I’m pretty confused.

Have you ever tried massage? What muscles are being pulled just to make a few…Also maybe look into a magnesium supplement to help with muscle tension. Specifically magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate.

@Millie3322 I keep pulling them in my legs (thighs, calves, and hips). I generally avoid anything that loosens my muscle tension like massage because when I’m more lax my joints come out worse and more frequently. Sorry this was so late!
