Desperate for help with constant menstrual bleeding

Hi guys. I am desperate because I cannot stop bleeding 24/7. I have tried just about every birth control, on and off of them I have constant periods for months at a time. It is affecting my energy and iron levels and my quality of life at this point. I was told to try TXA and that has not stopped it. Is there ANYTHING medical or otherwise anyone has found that stops bleeding like this? My doctor keeps blowing me off saying women with chronic conditions often get “irregular bleeding” but this cannot be normal.
