Constant Hunger and Thirst for a Year - What Could It Be?

So I've been feel constantly hungry and thirsty for like a year now, I've been to the doctors and I don't have diabetes (so thats good I guess) so does anyone know what else could be causing this? I'm an 18 year old female. I've also been having other symptoms since 2020 of June. like headaches, eye pressure, blurry vision, excessive hunger and thirst and can't sleep ever, chronically fatigue (no matter how much I sleep I wake up tired)
