I’m in a constant hunger mood similar to period craving that last long times. I’ll tend to always lean towards cereal and oatmeal at any moment I’m hungry. I’m curious as to why my body craves these things to the point where if I don’t have them at least once or twice in my day, I get nauseous and become light headed.
