i've been getting more fatigued than normal and i don't know why. i'll sleep for like 12 hours and still wake up fatigued and be tired again by the time i go to bed. i've even had one or two days recently where i was only out of bed for like an hour or two because i was so tired and had to lay back down.

I am feeling the same today. Part is pollen. I'm feeling so much sinus pressure, making me dizzy. I'm so exhausted I can barely get around too. Did you have a busy or strenuous day recently? I think part of if for me was over doing it wanting to feel normal

it could be related to the weather or time of year. do you usually experience some level of fatigue during spring/summer? is an anniversary of a traumatic event right around the corner? have you been super stressed recently? alternatively, if you have any autoimmune conditions, you may be in a flare-up. I always miss the exhaustion and fatigue telling me I'm on the brink of a flare and don't connect the dots until the flare is in full swing lol

@wise i was diagnosed with fibro and hashimotos around this time last year so i don't yet really know how weather changes affect them

@hmmmm the fatigue is probably weather related then because I've been in the same boat recently and we do have fibro in common. hashimotos can also cause fatigue in general right? you're probably being ganged up on by your own body. if it doesn't go away in the next month or two, make an appointment with your rheumatologist

I understand what you’re going through and I can say that once I started taking a prescribed dose of vitamin b12 it helped and I also cut out caffeine. I’m working on lowering my sodium intake too because I’m told it drags you down. Good luck and message me if you want.
