go to a gastro, or your GP then ask to be referred to one. i did that and was able to get multiple tests and scans to see what my problem was… and it was just my anxiety 🥲 granted, ive already been diagnosed with GERD. however, getting examined can definitely ease your mind. i’ve started taking a “soil-based spore probiotic” as recommended from a holistic healthcare provider and it’s worked wonders for me (after a week of hell where ur gut readjusts) hope this helps!

I've never heard of or experienced most of this myself. I know that abdominal pain and gas could be related to your anxiety simply because I get those symptoms if my anxiety is really bad. Has your anxiety been worse lately (aside from anxiety about these symptoms)? Honestly, my only advice here is to consult a medical professional.
