All of my levels are good according to my last blood draw but I don’t take anything for me just waiting to get my mri done and then go from there.. I’m just trying to cope..

For me, wearing compression socks and taking electrolytes helps with my lightheadedness

I feel you, friend. It can be so frustrating & exhausting. Also, with celiac disease, it can be difficult for our bodies to absorb proper nutrients. I take carbonyl iron, but I’m always anemic no matter how much I take. I’ve found a complex B vitamin to help so much. I also take my iron with vitamin C for max absorption. Hope this helps 🤗

I feel your pain! I frequently have vertigo episodes. On those days I can’t get out of bed without becoming super dizzy. I would definitely talk to a doctor, if you are also feeling light headed it may be anemia which can usually be fixed with some iron supplements. I hope you start feeling better!
