Hi, not exactly sure what’s caused it but my anxiety has been at a constant high for a week straight now. I keep getting sharp pains in my upper middle, upper left and mid left abdomen as well as a lot of excess gas. I get random limb and joint pains that come for a couple seconds and then go. I’ve felt nauseous pretty much the whole time, and I feel like I’ve got a bubble stuck in my throat and no matter how many times I cough or clear my throat it won’t go. I also get headaches sometimes. Anyone else with stress and anxiety experience this? I’ve experienced all of these symptoms individually during an anxiety attack or panic attack but never all together over a prolonged period of time. Is it just stress/anxiety or is it something more? Like a cold or flu etc? Please help I have severe health anxiety and I’m very scared haha 😅😭
