Considering TMS for Depression Treatment

My therapist thinks I am in a depressive spell. She wants me to look into TMS since adding Wellbutrin to my medication treatment in the past has not worked, and I'm already on so many other medications. Has TMS helped others? Should I try a different antidepressant instead of Wellbutrin to mix with my Vraylar?

i’ve only read and watched some things on tms. if you respond to the treatment you’ll probably get better rapidly. 100% worth trying. i don’t wanna get your hopes up because some people don’t respond as well or at all. your pretty lucky to have access to this i think. idk how expensive or accessible it is. it’s pretty new and exciting science.

I'm worried my insurance won't cover it. From the little I read you have to have a certain diagnosis or have a long history of trial and error with antidepressants before insurance would even consider it.
