      yeah, it's tough to get ppl to understand. my best friend is the main person i talk to about it but i feel bad dumping my health woes on them. hopefully this community will be able to help with that. i'm really struggling with a two week long RA flare that's the worst i've had since 2020, and i don't know what to do!!

      I have neuropathy and arthritis that hurts so bad on a daily basis I have chronic pain what do some of y'all do to help it
