hi, im rox. I have really bad anxiety and would like to know others who have it as well and can give some tips and advice?

      I'm on multiple anxiety meds so I don't have panic attacks every ten minutes and the meds are really helpful. Finding a calming hobby you enjoy has helped me too. I recently picked up gardening and it's something I can think about and plan a bit every day

      cognitive behavioral therapy has helped me with the mental side of things! i’d like the recommend to you the book ‘Feeling Good’ by David D. Burns. it’s helped me tremendously and is backed by empirical evidence. for the primal, fight-or-flight anxiety side of things, deep breathing has helped me tremendously as well. 8-4 breathing and core breathing are very helpful in calming down that fearful feeling and racing heart. hope this helps!

      Neurocalm, they are all natural pills, I have major anxiety and they calm me down pretty well, they’ve worked for me. You can get them off Amazon also.

      I have really bad anxiety. If I don't have my meds then I'm pretty useless cuz I literally just lay in bed panicking and can't do anything. I talked to my doctor's and they have me on medications now for it but when I wasn't on any meds I found that talking to someone helps and getting up and moving helps a lot too like if u do jumping jacks and stuff. Also coloring helped me a ton to quell the anxiousness. I also know that I used a lot of Delta 8 products to help as well
