wanting to connect with other women going through the beginning of menopause and struggling with migraines related to hormones and stress. What do you do to minimize your migraines?

I have terrible hormonal migraines. Don't think it’s my menopause yet, but a mix of rizatriotan and Nerivio is doing the work for me when I get them bad. On a milder attacks I am getting by with only Nerivio.

I take UBRELVY prescription for headaches and migraines. Stops migraine within 1 or 2 hours depending how severe is the headache. It’s affordable if you have insurance.

Have you tried hormones vitamins to help stabilize your hormones? Then an organic anti inflammatory vitamins that help relieve inflammation in your body that causes migraines? That has helped my gf so much.
