Worried about how my condition affects those around me

My boyfriend and I both struggle with depression and anxiety. We each have our own list of personal conditions too. He has chronic back, shoulder, and knee pain, high blood pressure, severe eczema, and ADHD. I have endometriosis, migraines, and ASD. We both struggle a LOT and are both constantly hurting physically and/or mentally. It takes a toll when both of us are bad because neither of us can help the other (which is what's happening rn... yaaay...) It can be really hard to ask for help, especially when you have to ask a lot and/or when you have to ask someone whose burden is already heavy. But know that even if the person you're asking for help can't help you, you are still deserving of help and compassion, it just may not be able to come from that person
