My T score is -1.25. should this be of concern if I get a fracture. Like, if I fracture the area that is weak do I let them know when they get my x-ray so they can do another deal scan?

A T-score of -1.25 indicates that you have osteopenia, which is a lower bone density than normal but not as severe as osteoporosis. It's important to discuss your concerns with your healthcare provider, especially if you experience a fracture. They can guide you on the appropriate steps to take and whether additional scans are necessary.
