Concerns about Medication Interactions and Side Effects

i just got prescribed this to help with sleep or focus? but im not too sure anything about it it says it interacts with wellbutrin, which im also taking ive been dealing with terrible side effects for months now bc of all of these medication changes, should i be worried?

I take both Wellbutrin and Guanfacine and haven’t had any issues personally.
