Help I need advice. I’m concerned about my eating habits. I don’t really feel like eating anymore. It just doesn’t feel like a necessity to me. I do get hungry and sometimes get really dizzy so I do in The end eat but only because I know that I have too. It’s not really a big meal either because I get full pretty fast. I tried seeing if maybe I have an ED but every website says that to have one I need to be self conscious about my weight. I am but it’s not really the main factor I just genuinely don’t think eating is important and would rather spend my time doing something else. Should I seek out for help anyways?

From what you've written it sounds more like depression than an ED to me. I do think you should seek out help since it is obviously disrupting your normal life. Try to eat as healthy if you can and drink water. I know it's hard, and I hope it gets better.

Depression and anxiety can manifest into an eating disorder or disordered eating. I experience the same as you. I just try to eat something every day. And eat things that are easy and safe. Try to figure out what your safe foods are!

I've been in the same boat for a long time now. I don't think I have an eating disorder though. For me it's a combination of depression and autistic traits. I have no interest in eating, and active aversion to a lot of foods if I'm not specifically in the mood to eat them. I also cringe at the thought of using the little energy I have to prepare a meal I have no interest in eating. I don't eat nearly enough, and what I do eat isn't healthy. I haven't figured out what to do about it.
CBD helps me and Such. Otherwise, I really dont have much of appetite and I love food lol. Of course, everyone is different tho!
I have the same thing and it’s because of depression. Food just isn’t as good, and a chore to eat. Thankfully for me I tend to have pretty strong hunger signals. Please try to focus on eating and problem solving this. You really can’t make it far without eating. Eating some food is better than nothing. Go for high protein like nuts and protein bars. I have a sweet tooth so I use that and eat cereal or granola. In worst cases I’ve eaten ice cream just to have something. Watch out for your vitamins and take supplements if needed.

I am the same way. Even currently. You may have a bowl issue. Your body is full but not processing why. Check your bathroom schedules and such. Eat a lot of small meals throughout the day or just snack. Don't eat an actual meal. Eat chips or a granola bar. You just have to find your own ways
this is how i was before ed treatment where i realized i actually did have an eating disorder. i think you should talk to a professional and see what they think!

Cardio helps me want to eat

Depression and anxiety can cause early satiety or just straight up no appetite. I had no appetite associated with acute anxiety. If you think it's related to that, mention it to your therapist if you have one and they can help you on a sort of "meal plan" and help keep tabs on your appetite. Eating at the same time every day can also be helpful.
