Concerned about Bipolar Disorder

I'm worried that I've developed bipolar. But I don't know. I was diagnosed with bpd a long time ago, and I know that's still there (and getting worse) but I don't know if it's shifted to something different. I started getting BAD and completely uncontrollable mood swings after I had my son (second/last pregnancy, July 2020) and am now on sertraline and lamotrigine. They help but they aren't quite right. I go from being hopeful and happy to being absolutely miserable and unable to process anything mentally without becoming a wreck. I just don't know what to do. I need to get in to a psychiatrist or something but I'm 30 miles out of town and 75 from the town that has any psychiatrist. I'm depressed and miserable and mentally unstable as f*** and I'm drowning. I just don't know what to do

I might be in a manic state for the first time but am not on any meds for it either. Strange and dangerous experience that I don't wish upon anyone. 🖤

Hi, I feel you. Sometimes the drowning can be almost unbearable. If you want to speak to a professional I recommend BetterHelp. You don’t need to leave the house just use your phone and choose between video chat sessions or over a phone call. They provide you with everything you need except for being right in front of you physically. It’s what I use because I don’t have a car and I thank god they exist. I hope I helped even a little bit ❤️

I also suggest betterhelp, it's so much cheaper than traditional therapy and I found a wonderful therapist on there
