Should I use graduated compression socks or standard compression socks for POTS symptoms? My doctor told me to wear compression socks, but I’m not sure which kind I should be using

I’ve tried so many. I second that it’s really personal preference. I like light compression but more heavy duty if I’m doing a more physical activity. Some compression makes me feel like I’m suffocating and more uncomfortable so really I’ve found what works by testing things out myself and the key for me is to look at the materials/fabric that I know I like and then there’s a better chance I’ll incorporate it more. Would say if money is an issue, stick to cheaper things so you can try until you really know what you like. I spent a lot on high grade “compression” and ended up not using or liking those as much. Or just only buy one to try not a bunch like I did of the high grade thinking it’ll be good because it’s more expensive and specialized.

It's probably very individualized but I've found that moderate compression is better for me
