Compression socks should promote your circulation and not cut it off. POTS can cause problems in your circulation. Try to treat it by increasing your salt intake, drinking more water, and take your medications if you have them.

hi!!! compression sleeves should never cut off your circulation, so try to look for ones that have different sizes & measure your calf width to get a more comfortable fit. i really like the brand zensah on amazon, they have compression sleeves that don’t have feet which is perfect because i overheat so much due to my POTS. good luck, and i hope you find some that feel more comfy!!! :)
