If you have lost weight while taking the medication and have not reduced the mcg of the medication it can cause you to go from hypo to hyper. If this is not you, then ask your doctor to put you on natural thyroid called Armour thyroid. It can make a difference.

Sometimes you will feel sick and have symptoms because you thyroid is still trying to get to a normal level. Once that happens - you'll start feeling good. Regarding the panic disorder, that may be separate.

The 3t and 4t. 2.68 TSH is considered normal in the medical world- but my endocrinologist has mentioned several times that although it may be normal.. you want your TSH to be lower. 2.0 and under so you start feeling better. How much mg of levothyroxine do you take?
