Recommendations for Compression Clothing for Long-Term Wear?

Does anyone have recommendations on compression clothing for long-term wear? I work a job where I'm standing 8+ hours a day, but after just standing for 10 minutes my feet turn red and purple from the blood pooling. My legs aren't too far behind normally. I've been having issues with it pooling in my arms and hands too, and I'm tired of having to stop and put them straight up to make the blood flow again. Any advice/recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I’m commenting here because I’m needing the same thing. The only ones I’ve found slide down and are very uncomfortable for all-day wear.
