For me personally, I have not been able to finish anything. Like ever. I get very hyper fixated on certain hobbies, career paths, educational degrees, then I just completely lose interest and can't gain it back for the life of me. The fidgeting is constant, and I am always on the edge trying to figure out if people are happy with me or not lol. Emotional flooding is a big one and RSD

Fidgeting every single time, distracted, forget everything, get bored easily

One of my biggest is no motivation what so ever, just inability to move and do snything

The medication I was on made me lose my appetite and worsened my bad habits as well.

I get amplified emotions, you hear everything in the room or nothing at all. Hyperfocusing or easily distracted. Impulsive habits/fidgeting. You can get pretty talkative or super withdrawn. It's hard staying focused, disassociation happens with me. These are all things I experience, I was diagnosed when I was young and was medicated for years.

I'm always talking, like constantly speaking, and I have to make myself listen to people on my bad days. Substances make it worse, and adderall made me literally go insane.

Staring into space, getting distracted by little things, Motivation is almost or is completely depleted, having a hard time remembering things you told yourself to remember an minute ago or in general

personally, i have irritability, a short attention span, i lose my train of thought often, i’m nearly constantly bored, my memory is awful, etc
