Coming Out as Trans with Anxiety and Religious Family

Life has led me to come to terms with my gender. I'm trans, and I wasn't sure until after I started recovering more intensely. I'm debating on coming out so I can be on hormones, but how do I assert my idenity with anxiety? I mean, considering I also come from a religious family?

Do you have a family member you trust to come to and open up about this? Having a member of family or a close family friend who you can open up to freely without judgment and just love and support will help you build up the courage to tell your family. But in my opinion, if your family loves and you and wants you to be happy in your truest form whether male female or non-binary they will support you! Be proud of who you are and come to them with that pride and show them how happy this decision has made you and you can finally be who you are meant to be! Sending you so much love and all the strength in the world. Also, Xanax might help right before 😂🥰♥️
