So my FM has gotten significantly worse in the past few months. One of my new pain areas is the bottoms of my feet. They’re sore every. Single. Day. I was wondering if anyone knows of a special shoe brand that makes comfortable shoes, because the only shoes I’ve been able to wear are crocs. ( nothing wrong with crocs, but I miss my boots)

Surprisingly, I like the shoes from Clove. They make shoes specifically for nurses- but they are so comfortable, and durable, and they last a long time

I love my Chacos (but those are still sandals). I know some people who have had luck wearing Merrell hiking shoes. Sometimes my feet like my keds, even though they have zero support.

Hi. The best sneakers are New balance and I wear the orthotics inside. I have severe pain in my feet. I also wear jobst compressions socks

I’ve been noticing that lately.. the bottom of my feet aren’t that bad but I’ve definitely noticed a change in how they feel. Especially when I sit down or lay down off my feet…
