I’m not the healthiest eater, but my favorite snack of all time that I always eat to reward myself after doing something very trying on my anxiety, is cream cheese stuffed baby peppers. Try it! It is life changing!

Cheese & crackers is always my go to. Not always the best for cholesterol but it’s hard sometimes when nothing sounds good

I have worked really hard to make food a joyous, comforting experience for me, and I have come to find the following foods really nurturing: buttered toast, ramen, Pineapple, tomato soup with cheese cubes, fries, rice, Roasted sweet potatoes, smoothies, tacos, blue cheese salad....there are so many good foods! My advice is to keep it relatively simple for starters.

Depends on physically or mentally. I've always gotten really high fevers and prone to respiratory illness, when I need food for that I go with tomato soup, ice cream, crackers, juice, ginger ale. Mentally my comfort foods are Mac and cheese, cereal, dark chocolate, tomato sauces (like on noodles or pizza lol), smoothies. Oh and I find using fun themed plates or glasses (or even a sippy cup) helps with food because I get excited to use those things.

Lately stuck on PB&J for lunch almost daily. My easy way to get a little protein when I don’t have the energy to cook.

Smoothies are a good one to do. You can sneak some protein or veggies in there when you don’t feel like eating or making anything.

This probably isn’t healthy but dry ramen blocks with seasoning. Sometimes I sprinkle a little water on but that’s it

Definitely not healthy, but club crackers dipped in sour cream. That and Bagels with cream cheese and Deli meat(I like black forest ham and honey ham together on onion bagels)
