I'm not anymore, but I used to take it with fluoxetine (SSRI) or duloxetine (SNRI). It was a great combo, and I highly recommend it. My provider told me of the combo called "California Rocket Fuel" which is mirtazapine and venlafaxine or desvenlafaxine. Those are SNRIs, but it sounds like it's great for combating anxiety and depression.
