I use salt/electrolyte tablets! Nuun is a good brand or ReLyte

I deal with fatigue too and it’s really hard to find ways to deal with it without caffeine. What I’ve found is I feel better if I go outside and get fresh air walking around a little bit, or even just get up out of bed and change locations in my apartment to sit by a window if it’s a hard day. The hardest part for me is getting the day started, and keeping that momentum going. I know this isn’t amazing advice but at least could share my experience.
